On the 4th October 2009 Sister Germaine celebrated her Diamond Jubilee as a Religious Sister.

In her 60 years Sister Germaine has served in various ministries, she spent many years in Sabah, Malaysia and Kenya.
On returning to the U.K Sister trained as a Social worker with the Catholic Children’s Rescue Society.
Sister Germaine was elected to the Leadership Team as the Secretary General.
In the last 20 years Sister has been the Editor of the Congregation magazine “The Herald” and has also researched and wrote an up to date life of our
Mother Foundress, Alice Ingham.
